WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?


Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order. In most cases, items will ship within 24-48 hours from the date the time to order was placed.




LOST, STOLEN, OR NOT RECEIVED ITEMS


Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email. You may check your status on USPS.COM. For if ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in U.S mail Shop Few Days Off is not responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim. All orders include $50.00 insurance at no additional cost. If your order is valued at more then $50.00 and you would like to increase the insurance amount please contact us via email at shipping@theunicornuniverse.com. Increasing package insurance will be an additional cost.




HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging in to your account page. Once you login to your account using your email address and password, you will be able to view your Order History and view past orders and current orders that you have placed




RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY


ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. however we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned or exchanged. No worries! Returns are excepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date. The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date. If you are exchanging it must be for the same value.




HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE?


You must email shopfewdaysoff@gmail.com and let us know your item isn't working out. Exchanges and returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery date.
